• Excellent Safety

The trailer chassis of BHM02 is from Germany AL-KO Company, which have the inertia braking system.

• Easy Selection of Towing Vehicle

The BHM02 surface friction tester use trailer chassis,the  water tank integrated in the back trailer body. The measuring system installed on the trailer, the trailer chassis can separate from the towing vehicle easily in the downtime. The control box composed by upper computer and printer put on the towing vehicle.To control the measuring system,do not need to change any structure of the towing vehicle, only need a cable and a towing hook(fix screwed model).This refit have no effect on the towing vehicle’s performance.

• Hydraulic System

The vertical positive pressure supplied by hydraulic cylinder  with an accumulator,the pump shut down when measuring. Use the accumulator to hold the pressure and absorb vibration to reduce the measuring error.The cylinder use two way connected design has redoubled increased the dynamic measuring accuracy.

• Self-installed Water Tank and Sprinkler

The water tank integrated in the trailer body,and trailer assembled a sprinkler,the usage is very convenient and economical.The water nozzle is arc-shaped and the radius fit to the meter wheel,so can spray water to the accurate position.Besides,the installed water pressure automatic checkout system can prompt the operator on water flow control.

• Accurate Data Results

The measuring use the electron demarcated device to increase the measurement accuracy of surface friction tester.Use weighing sensor to demarcate the gravity vertical and use tension sensor to demarcate the horizontal pull.The electron demarcated device use computer to sampling，analyze，display and control.The measurement accuracy fully meets the requirements of ICAO.On the basis of fluid dynamics and pressure transfer features，the cylinder use two way connected design to get equal pressure on both sides of cylinder.So the hydraulic pipe can hold a constant pressure to ground to eliminated the measurement error caused by pavement irregularity.

• Computer Control

BHM02 adopts the modern advanced techniques of data processing and computer controlling, promotes the stability and precision of automatic testing proofreading about the investigated  parameter and the final testing numerical value.We use the industrial high level configuration computer to get wider temperature range, better anti-interference and anti-jolt performance than civilian computer.

Use the American NI data capture card as independent data acquisition system to ensure data capture no less than 3 point per meter.The operator can view the curve and log of random meters，convenient for exact analysis.

• Electron Demarcated Device

The electron demarcated device use computer to sampling，analyze，display and control，actualized automatic demarcation. The measurement accuracy can fully meets the requirements of ICAO.

Operating by the electron demarcated device is very easy,the demarcate process will be a one-time job only need keyboard operation. Briefed the demarcate process and eliminated the measuring error caused by operator.

The special demarcated device with the precision of 5/1000. It is more better than the abroad  current use of demarcated device by adopting spring balance when its precision and convenience of operation are all considered.

• Advanced & Real-time Controls

The system use advanced industrial computer as the upper computer to realize better data collection and control function in high speed working condition. Use PLC with powerful control function as lower computer，communicate with upper computer by standard industrial communication protocol.Realized measuring system overall control,fast data processing and output print,use the Lab VIEW development system from NI company  which have friendly man-machine interface and easy to update. And the touch screen technology made the control and operation very easy.
