BHD01 Vehicle Mounted Airfield Visual Aid Light Intensity Measurement System is a modification and upgrading product to solve the problem of the insufficient of existing measurement systems. High Precision Illumination Dynamic Measurement

Use full scale differential PIN-PD quick response illumination transmitter, through V(ʎ) corrective to get high precision illumination which conform to human vision in CIE curve; 16 independent channels self-calibration program control gain signal conditioning circuit and 16 bit high speed&precision A/D transduction circuit with a variable range to make sure system can get stable measured value meanwhile measuring different lights intensity’s adaptively. 

 

Linear Array CCD Scanning Location Technique

Use the high speed&resolution linear array CCD(80kHz scanning speed;2k resolution),quickly location the lateral migration distance when the tester passing over the light. Avoided the measuring error caused by discrete sampling and phase delay in normal 11 channels photoelectric detection. The linear array CCD technique reliable corrected the Doppler ranging radar accumulative error and lateral migration distance, improved the accuracy of visual aid light intensity measurement.

 

Inspection Vehicle Drive Guide System Base on Stereo Vision Measurement Technique

In darkness with strong dazzle light from airport lights, how to drive the inspection vehicle along with the straight line of the lights under test is still a difficult problem for other systems. Our system use stereo vision 3 dimensional measurement technique, take feature target imaging of ahead lights, real-time acquire the location of inspection vehicle relative to the straight line of the lights under test (Astronautic space station docking technology), real-time get the offset volume and deviation angle of inspection vehicle and steering correction angle of steering system, remind operator to do correct operation. This also can expand to automatic guide the inspection vehicle by closed-loop control.

 

Visual Guidance Technology Base on Airport Road Marking Line

As an aid of stereo vision guidance technology, visual guidance technology use the CCD real-time imaging scan technology to display the middle line and side line mark of airport road clearly under line light source. This surmount the defects of current video navigation system, we can exact know the inspection vehicle deviation situation and to adjust it.

 

GPS automatic positioning technology

Except seamless access in the airport dispatching and command system, the GPS global position technology also can automatic confirm the No of road need to test and encoding the aid lights under test.

 

 

Optimal Design of Sensor Holder System: Easy to Disassembly, Assembly, Adjustment and Transport

Separating holder gave more options for customer about measurement system chassis choice;

 The special designs including fast assembly structure, displacement adjustment, horizontal trimming, lock over, integration measurement both sides of side lights and measurement extension holder self-locking technology applied in the sensor holder system to provide convenience for transport, disassembly-assembly, accurate adjustment and stabilize measurement.

 

High Level Integration Design Improved the System Stability and Flexibility

The sensors belt highly integrated the illumination sensors, alignment sensor, signal processing circuit and data collection system, and use digital transmission send data to the laptop software system, improved system anti-jamming capability and reduced the require for vehicle inner space, saved more space for the install of PAPI lights, strobe lights, light placards, etc.
